DESIGN SERVICE:
Stone Associates provides out-sourced landscape design services for Retail
Nurseries. By accessing Stone Associates services you are adding or enhancing
your current customer services which will in turn allow you to sell more
Plant and Hardscape Materials... without the cost of additional staff.
The design fees are paid directly by the homeowner to Stone Associates.
How many times has a homeowner asked for assistance in selecting
plant or hardscape materials for their home? While you are able to provide
them with ideas, think of the sales potential if you were able to visit
there home and design all or a portion of their landscape. Consider the
possibility of maximizing the sales opportunity by connecting them to a
Stone Associates Designer. They will work one-on-one to work with your customer
with consideration of what materials your store has for sale.
Design Services include:
- Base Map and Site Analysis
- Conceptual Designs for your review
- Followed by a Master Plan
- Presentation of the Final Design to your client if
desired
Stone Associates is also available to assist in preparing
installation estimates and in supervising each installation.
MARKETING SERVICES:
Preparation of an Integrated Marketing Plan designed to enhance your business
or to launch a new area of business. Your plan will include a Budget &
Billing Analysis of suggested promotional elements such as the following:
- Sales Materials
- Direct Mail
- Display Advertising
- Public Relations
- Broadcast
If desired, Stone Associates will implement all or part
of your Integrated Marketing Plan. Or, you may choose to implement the
program directly. Either way, guidelines of how to apply measurement and
controls will be supplied so that you may analyze the results of your
marketing investment.
SALES SERVICES:
If you are also in the Wholesale business or provide Landscape Installation,
Stone Associates is available to assist in your sales efforts. From prospecting
for new business to up-selling current or previous clients, Stone Associates
can provide the additional sales resources needed to allow your business
to grow - without the cost of additional staff.
