After the completion of planning & designing, we can help you with one or all of the steps involved in installing your landscape.

A Landscape Management Proposal will be provided at the start outlining your project which may include irrigation, fencing, lighting, hardscape (walkways, patios, decks,etc.) and planting.

For each category Stone Associates provide:

Installer Evaluation and prepared RFQ's
As an impartial consultant, Stone Associates will work with you to procure competitive bids in all areas of your Landscape Project by first preparing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for each category of work to assure that each bid represents equal work and materials.

Installer Review and Selection
Stone Associates will research reputations of vendors, review quotations and contracts and offer suggestions of revisions or modifications of these contracts to you as required. In addition, we will assist in the contract negotiations.

Installation Planning & Management
Stone Associates will orchestrate the installation process to assure a logical sequence of events and cost efficiencies. During the supervisory stage of each activity, Stone Associates will make every effort to act on behalf of the homeowner or business owner to ask the vendor/installer to remedy any situation that does not meet expected standards.
