Conceptual Design
After preparation of the Base Map and completion of your Site Analysis and Questionnaire, one or more Conceptual Designs will be created. This will put on paper your desired landscape features and outdoor functional rooms. The sketch will demonstrate the proposed shapes and square footage of hardscape features (patios, walkways, decks, water features, and so forth) as well as planting bed lines.

In addition, preliminary types of plant selections will be referenced (deciduous or evergreen trees and shrubs, perennials or annuals) with consideration of plant architecture and form. The final selection of plant material will be provided as part of the final design.
